So now they want me to do a installment loan. I have all ways made my payments. I owe $95.00 that I called and said I would pay at the end of month. I'll bus the windows and take the tires off. You gonna pay more to recover the vehice.

Don't do it!!!! If you need the money that bad find another way or go without. You will get screwed not once but over and over and over. If you barrow let's say $1,000 against your title. That full amount plus the 3xx% interest is due within 30 days. If not you have to pay a refinancing fee plus the crazy interest.
