I was hurt due to a property owner's and/or maintenance company's negligence, which led to a very long, painful, and stressful recovery. I went to my family lawyer who referred me to Mark Cashman. Mark took my case and though the wheels of justice turn slowly, over time he was able to win a settlement for me that was more than I expected or hoped for.
