Facility and the Talk Therapist (Alissa Chiat) I had were great when I was a patient here summer 2023. But clinic practice as far as billing backend and admin communication was a huge pain point. Getting paired with Alissa Chiat was such a pleasure. We both were consistent with showing up to our in person appointments, no problems with her schedule or access or rescheduling. They told me I didn't have Borderline Personality Disorder or Bipolar Disorder without doing any testing, then upped my antidepressants which threw me into an extreme case of mania. Thanks, guys! I'm sure my personal suffering is something you can measure by barely interacting with me and not taking into account my past personal history and years of therapy! Also they didn't do ADHD testing for me after I specifically asked, then told me I could pay another $1500 for them to do it later. Don't go here.
This clinic employs transphobes and to be dreadfully honest I've had to deal with the most unkind and ignorant nurse practitioner I've ever met with. Do NOT see Dan Watts if you are a transgender man. You will be disrespected and your concerns will be ignored. He has refused to refer me to anyone else for help as I have been on 15+ medications and shown little improvement. Do not visit this clinic if you have an ounce of self respect.
I had the honor of having Felixia Valerius She was extremely pushy about me setting up a consultation with medical professionals about chopping off my rod . It seemed like every other appointment I had she would explore the pros and cons of chopping off my rod , these were the basis of our conversations , and of course she told me mostly the pros . Here she is trying to encourage me to chop off My rod, and to think she actually had me considering this at one point she is the most vile creature , stay away from Cashman!!!!
I really enjoy going to this place. They are all so friendly there. I feel that I.am finally getting the.help.that I have needed for years! I highly recommend this place.
