Hooefuly shes gone but after reading these reviews I had to share my own. A year ago I encountered this nasty lady everyone talks about and she refused to buy a purple diamond 14k gold ring off of me because me and my fiance split and that made her suspicious as to my reasoning for selling it as if I stole it!!! No joke she word for word told me she couldn't buy the ring because my reason of splitting with my fiance was too suspicious as to why I had the ring to sell. What a brat I hope shes gone now.
rude woman at the counter. The reason that store is dying I suspect. The Circleville store is nicer and better in every way.
Horrible customer service, they can't figure out simple math wouldn't even give me money that came out of my account when you can clearly see the transaction in their face, will NEVER EVER go back again. Racist people, I'll put my foot down on that situation.
