They were very helpful there customer service was amazing and they had exactly what I needed!!!
They buy broken electronics sell them to you dead and when try to return them there is nothing they can do there staff is rude I got hung up on trying to explain WOW
We have all new staff, New manager, we are striving for excellent customer service satisfaction. We are still looking to hire a few more people,so we are short staffed but we try to get everyone in and out ASAP!
Went in to pawn some jewelry and Brittany was so rude I walked out without attempting to give them any business.
I showed up on December 29th 2017 at 650pm and they had already closed and they dont close till 7pm. I came all the way from Columbus and this is how i got treated. Im calling corporate on them! Beware of them
