Brought a 10k gold ring in to sell, was told they would buy it for $30 without testing, told them okay and then they went and tested anyways without asking my consent and came back and told me 25 even though the test showed it was real.

Purchased a Harman kardon speaker I specifically asked if it held a charge and they said yes. Took it home and it did not. Realized they bought it in and sold it with the wrong power supply. Returned the next day and they said because I didn't buy the warranty that I'm out of luck. You sold me the wrong adapter with the speaker. It's your fault it doesn't work... I'll certainly never return.
