The manager is Dustin and he has no customer service skills. I will not be doing business with them in the future.
After seeing your review I decided not to drive to your store. Sounds like you need to fire the few employees and start fresh, with new help. Or you will close your door soon.
Everyone there but the GM, Andrea, is great. If you deal with Andrea however you will get an attitude and if that's even if she gives you her precious time. She's usually sitting on her phone while telling her employees to not be on there phones, even though every time I go, it's absolutely dead in there. So are her employees supposed to just sit around staring out the window?
