Worst experience I have ever encountered. Although I came in and paid on time (about 5 times), the W Britton OKC location, without warning, took out the whole loan balance (over $240) on April 3, 2023. I called them around noon to let them know I'd be in by COB on 4/3/2023. But the lady on the phone said they had already taken the total loan balance out of my check acct because they called me Friday and Saturday and I did not return their calls! Beam me up Scotty!
