My family has tried to get an appointment for 3 weeks. We have called, and physically stopped in the office. Still no appointment. They have always been attentive. Lately, it seems they could care less.
Poor communication and poor advice. Got a few stocks from my grandparents and was forced to deal with this company. I emailed for an appointment and was just ignored. So in the middle of a busy work day, I had this man trying to force a simple conversation that I wasn't ready for. Best part is when they finally respected my time and made the appointment I requested I found out how poorly it was set up.
