Horrible people working for their business, unprofessional, rude and lazy
Have been going here for about 5 years and have had a good experience with CTA. I always make sure to get my documents to them mid-Feb and communicate with their office to make sure everything is in order.
Extremely unhappy how unprofessional they are when things hits the fan. I went back for some issues that arose over taxes from 3 years ago. I came back to their office wanting some explanation about the matter, they wanted to charge me 500 dollars to dig into it, when I told them I wasn’t paying 500 dollars for issues that I primarily paid for when I did my taxes then, I stayed in their office with IRS on the phone, Cheryl (the owner) came out and very unprofessionally told me she couldn’t help me, that’s after I told them I... read more
