Melanie is very helpful ..friendly...and she always makes me smile when she calls She deserves a raise!!
I've had two loans through them. The staff ( Melanie) are very warm, and very kind and welcoming. In a time where quality customer service is fading you would never know it. I would suggest going there(Silvis Store) if you are in need of loan.
I recommend the cash store for all of your loaning needs. With their fast and friendly staff they make you feel comfortable and at home as they show you the step by step process of your loaning experience. As a first time loaner I was nervous as I did not know what to expect. But I was faced with the best staff ever that eased my mind and answered all my questions.
