There's an employee here, Bree, who's amazing, kind, professional, and helpful. However there's an employee named Fallon and every time I've tried to talk with her on the phone or work something out with her, she's been incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've been struggling financially and this is a very difficult and not fun time for me. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to refinance my loan at one point in time but I was able to scrounge together a few dollars for a refinance and she laughed at me and mocked me, sayin... read more
