Called to inform them that I would be making my payment late and wanted to know in advance how much my late fees were. For some reason they mentioned the cash back option and explained it as it was money that I was approved for but never took out. I was approved for 1k and took out 735 initially. I don't why she mentioned in during a conversation about late fees but im intrigued. But since I refinance the loan then I would need to wait 5 days.
