Working with CRS as been a truly wonderful experience. They answer every one of my questions without prejudice. If there's an issue or question they can't answer, rest assured they staff will find out for you. Their options are versatile: POS solutions, register sales/repair, Receipt paper (Same day delivery!), and they new even offer marketing assistance for small businesses! These guys do it all and are just a few minutes away.
The company was very unprofessional when I had simple questions. Very condescending when I was just trying to make sure I was getting a good product. The over all experience was just very off putting and as someone new to buying a system, they offered little to no help. Don’t recommend.
