This place is a joke, 50 million questions on what you spend your money on, then after 30 mins of waiting, told to provide receipts for last 2 week of purchases... WHAT??? Then when you ask for your personal info back, they tell you no, its in writing they can keep that info for months... So if you want your identity stolen and you have every receipt for every purchase in the last 2 weeks, by all means uses this local place, otherwise stick with the tried and true Cashland, like me :)

I called one night to get some info about their buisness and a girl answered and my phone cut out, I could hear her she couldnt hear me. She was chewing food, real loud crunching noise, while on the phone. She had no clue I could hear her. She kept saying hello, but she still couldnt hear me. She continued to crunch her food while on the phone. To me thats poor customer service. You shouldnt be chewing anything while you are on the phone. That was a huge turn off and I tell people about the experience all the time.
