I am extremely disappointed with CashNow on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, Tennessee. They lied to me, promising that if I paid off my $117 loan, they would extend an additional $1,000 loan. After paying my last $117, they refused to give me the promised loan, leaving me with no money for food for the week. Worse place I ever entered into. The woman at the front desk is rude with a nasty attitude.
I will never come here to file my taxes ever again! Put the wrong address in for both my state and federal taxes. Their selfless mistake delayed my money and when telling them about their mistake they just brushed it off like oh if we did put in the wrong address you can just call and change it when they know damn well everything at the IRS is a process nothing happens overnight .I called them about it they swear that the paperwork they sent me was wrong and that indeed sent the right info in.
