They only have 1 person working there so if she can't make it in or has to leave early, then they just close the office. Now when I just tried to call, the phone is not in service. So I tried the 1 in Greeneville & it wouldn't even ring & the 1 in Knoxville just makes a shrill sound when you try to call that store. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the lady that works there is so sweet even though she's all by herself. But you never know if it's going to be open so that you can either pay or borrow. It's ridiculous.
I love Brenda and the girls up there they are wonderful
