Horrible service and place. The arrogant woman that worked there looked at the gold i brought in and would not even test it. I usually go down the street to whit at cash for gold which is an awesome store but he happened to be closed for thanksgiving. I happen to know the stuff i brought in is real and will be into the other store monday. Honestly, when there is an awesome store only two blocks south, i will never return to this business. It was plain awful, had horrible service, and the woman i found incredibly abrasive.
