I had a very unpleasant experience at this casino around 9:13 AM on Friday, March 13th. My money got jammed in one of the machines, so I asked for assistance. When the employee came over, the first thing she asked was whether I had actually put money in the machine. I told her yes, of course I had. She then accused me of not putting any money in and claimed I still had it in my hand.
