Was a great place with very nice employees but now is permanently closed. Closest location is now in Salem!
First coming in the employee was short and full of attitude and the more I asked about their services the more she was acting like I should know instead of asking. On top of that their methods came across as predatory one being in collecting 3 random family or friends numbers from you so they can harass them if they feel they need to. Anyone that needs a short quick loan just download Dave or MoneyLion and they’ll instant loan you without the terrible customer service. The lady here clearly wants a different job
Very friendly staff, quick turnaround on the loan request and amazing customer service! Shout out to Leticia for making this process so seamless for me! Definitely recommend!
Would be nice to know your hours changed for Saturday. Thought I had til 5 got here about 4:30 wasn’t the only one that showed up either might wanna stay open later or fix the online page
