Probably one of the worst experiences. I should have listened to the reviews but was suggested otherwise.. I asked them the reschedule since their tow truck driver missed the window of the 8 AM to 12 PM window. During this time,, i could not wait any longer due to doctor's appointment important for my health and mentioned so. The response I got was "oh, since you need that reschedule, it's either you wait for them to pick up the car or you can call them(the tower's) yourself.
