It is unfortunate this firm does not follow procedure or even own up to mistakes. When they add a derogatory rating to a persons credit bureau, they should make sure it is the right person. I would suggest if you are looking for a collection firm, do your homework and get someone who follows the rules and actually contacts the right debtor. This is the only way to get your money. I will follow up with consumer affairs to report this activity.
