Manager is extremely unprofessional and negligent. I wouldn’t visit this or any other of her 13 locations because she have zero idea how to run a store or treat her employees kindly.
I am a previous employee to this disaster of a company. In my short time working for Cash Express I quickly realized why their turnover rate is SO high. They are desperate for money with no moral conduct. They don’t care about the health of their customers or employees. I informed management about a mold issue in this store on multiple occasions and was met with no concern. Been a long time customer.. Most of the time friendly... But they won't give me advance notice the day before or the day of for my title loan Payment.. Then Dunn me the day I get paid for the check advance....They call the day before and the day I get paid?? And I've never ever missed a payment
They open at 9:30am and the employee needed to take a break at 10:45am. After submitting all my documents DL/SSC contacting the employer they denied to cash a check said funds could not be verified Chase Bank, Silicon Valley Bank printed w all info and security marks. Kroger happily cashed my so called unverified checks
