Great Staff, Easy Process, Always Works With You, and great at finding ways to help you out if you can’t make a payment. Trick is to always stay in contact and just be honest.
The only good thing about them is the staff. The company itself (regional managers and above, I'm sure) is completely inflexible. I know someone who needed an extension of just 2 days on her title loan, flex loan and checks. The staff attempted to get her an extension, but said she could not. She was told that if she didn't come in before the 30th (she had money coming in 2 days later), the company would take her to court.
