Wife called them and told the to send the full payment thru for the full amount on Wed. 2 days later payment still had not processed. Called them and they said bank put a stop payment on it which i know is bull shit. When asked why they did t call they said they were to busy and hand not had a chance againg I got to call bullshit. So when its all said and done because of their incompantance it cost us another 68 dollars for 2 days interest. Stay away from this branch as anyone can see thier mistakes cost you money. I would recommend this office to anyone and speak so highly of them. Earlier in the day I went into another Cash Express(the one on Clinton highway) and was completely discriminated and talked down to. I was really in a position of needing money until my payday so I decided to go to another cash express. Taylor Lasley is hands down the best customer service rep I have had in years!! She treated like a human being, she went above and beyond, and provided excellent customer service skills while explaining everything in detail ... read more
