Wife called them and told the to send the full payment thru for the full amount on Wed. 2 days later payment still had not processed. Called them and they said bank put a stop payment on it which i know is bull shit. When asked why they did t call they said they were to busy and hand not had a chance againg I got to call bullshit. So when its all said and done because of their incompantance it cost us another 68 dollars for 2 days interest. Stay away from this branch as anyone can see thier mistakes cost you money. I would recommend this office to anyone and speak so highly of them. Earlier in the day I went into another Cash Express(the one on Clinton highway) and was completely discriminated and talked down to. I was really in a position of needing money until my payday so I decided to go to another cash express. Taylor Lasley is hands down the best customer service rep I have had in years!! Gives you what you need.
These people don’t care about why you need money. When we tried to work with them to pay off the loan, they literally laughed at us. Don’t bother with these people. Speedy cash at least worked with us and treated us like a person.
