I only cashed a payroll check there . And they called me twice a week sometimes three and I called them asked why I'm getting phone calls when I don't have a loan there .. was told they were courtesy calls whyyyyyyy....???? I would understand if I had a loan .. crazy sauce I called them 3 times to ask nicely not to call and they called a few hours later .. to the point I asked to have my account deleted and she said ok but dint take my info .. if you call again I'm going to ring your phones off the hook with help from my fam... read more
the workers themselves are amazing. it's the higher ups that need to get their heads out of their holes. the dm, the rm, and the ceo himself, need to resign and be checked in to woodridge.
Went into store at 5:08pm. Closing time is 5:30pm. Needed to cash a check. Had all necessary ID. Was told that it was too close to closing time to cash the check. Was literally turned away. Legitimate business denied. Place has no integrity.
This is a wonderful place to go when you need help, they don't check your credit and they don't look down on you for needing help. They are very nice and it's easy to get the help you need.
