Never got my title back or my $80 spare key. I paid the loan off within a month or so & the Onieda branch was supposed to mail my key & title back but after 4 phone calls & 3 different stories I knew something wasn't right. They said they had it all recorded on the phone calls & I was thrilled because I knew I had proof that the same employee & manager's story didn't match.
