Its sad how a pawn shop you loved to go too due to friendly staff and able to work good deals, now has people who don't even greet you as you walk in the door. All of the other pawn shops in the area gets 99% of my business now and I avoid this place. Need new management and hire people who actually like their jobs and do them well. These people are lazy and make you feel unwelcome, I really hate the vibes I get from these people. I honestly hope it would close down so the better shops can thrive a little easier.

They have nice things. Definitely. The customer service is definitely lacking. There must be some training or something so that folks know what your account consists of. Not knowing payment dates and how long paying extra will get you further in balance should be considered common sense. Then, add to the fact that there are no grace period to make payments. I’ve been here 2 times in the past the staff have been wonderful and that is why I was comfortable coming to them a 3rd after paying them off twice before. However, I dealt with someone different with a tag on him saying assistant manager. He refused to do business with me after reading my last name on my license.
