Bought a saw which failed to work second time I used it. They want $20 restocking fee even though receipt indicates full refund for defective items. I left with broken saw - would not pay them to return a defective item. Poor business!
Bought a chainsaw which would not start on second try. They wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee when that applies to non-defective items. This item was defective but they want to make $20 on it. I wonder how many times they can sell this and then restock it for $20? Treated me like a criminal and moran. I did not return saw to them over the principle of the thing. They told me when I bought the saw that it had a warranty. Bad business
