They constantly change their hours, sometimes they’ll randomly change it to five pm, normally it’s 7 pm that they’ll close. Twice I’ve come here and they’ve been closed when they should be open, it’s extremely annoying.
Horrible place. They definitely don't care about the customers. I bought 30lbs of beef from them had to throw away 20lbs because I opened them but I had one log unopened tried 3 times to talk to a manager about returning that 10lbs since it was bad. Never got a manager to come to the fron tried 3 times. Left my number twice never got a call! Management is a joke in this place!! Now im out $150
Washington state has in place the Washington's Restroom Access Act. Perhaps management should be aware of this before denying customers the use of them. I'm sorry that it's too much to have to keep it locked and give out the key when necessary, but other businesses do it and it's the law.
