We loved our experience at Cash and Carry last week. Our saleslady was Cathy and from the minute we walked in, she was courteous and helpful, but she didn't bug us to try to get us to buy anything, but she was always nice when we asked a bunch of questions and even rearranged some pieces in their showroom to help us to decide if it would look good in our house. Prices were fine, selection was fine, staff was fine and helpful. Quality is not there. Bought a couch and 1 rocking recliner. Couch has been great since day 1, recliner has been less then impressive since day 1. Straight out of the box my recliner padding in the armrests are lumpy, you can see the lumped up padding and feel it every time you sit in it. The springs groan and creek and pop every time you sit or rock making it quite loud to sit in or rock it. Every moves makes noise. Not sure if I got a defective one or what b... read more
