What a ride customer service lady today normally it is always good but not today lady is rude
I never had issues before and I would still do business with them. Reason I only give 3 stars is because during this crisis they haven’t made adjustments to add an option so that you don’t have to go in person to make a payment on your loan if your not comfortable being outside. That would help a lot.
Very bad experience. They offer public notary services went 4 times different days and no one was available to notary a letter. No more bussiness from my self or friends. They offer services that are not available. This is false advertisment.

Horrible customer service I had a money order and the lady said I don't feel comfortable taking this ... after I was there for 30 minutes than I went down the street and the other place had no problem cashing it since a money order is just like cash
