We're in the process of trying to find someone to help us prepare our taxes, and we made an appointment here because of how simple their site and booking process was. We got a calendar invite and meeting link immediately as well as several reminders (which was great), however when the meeting time finally came no one showed up. We were a few minutes late trying to get Zoom running, but waited for over 10 minutes before the call disconnected.
Demetrice was awesome! She took my husband and I on as client within just a short timeframe of the tax deadline. She readily available to answer questions whenever we needed. Not only did she complete our tax return quickly and thoroughly, but was willing to educate on regarding what we need to do to get our business records in order. Definitely recommend!
