I've been doing business here since around 2008, I've met many managers. Up until recently after all these years of pawning and losing thousands of dollars this new manager really upset me. As I was about to pawning a necklace that in the pass I've been given a certain amount of cash. Without hesitation or even looking at me. She lowered the amount that I originally would get by $20.00. If you put anything on lay away, make sure you can make the payments on time. They have zero flexibility with the payment plan. They will put the item back up for sale if you can’t pay on the due date. You will not get your money back. No extensions. I was unable to make my payment because I’m out of state for a few weeks and lost my item and my money. Please be aware of their strict lay away policy. I will be spending my money somewhere else.
I truly recommend this pawn shop. The entire staff is seriously awesome. They strive to get your business and they go out of their way to give you great deals. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. It’s a must visit place!!!!
