Cash America Pawn in Saginaw was never really my first pawn shop of choice, not because I had any problems with them, but because I’ve always had strong loyalty to another pawn shop, and I still do. If I could give zero stars I would could not get help at all waited for about 30 minutes at the counter and nothing
UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I walked in this location and was not acknowledge or greeted for about 20 minutes. And I walked in and out twice to bring things in. Like at least say "hello there, we'll right with you", like something. Plus, some of the open comments being made by the employee, who may have been a manager of some kind, were very condescending.
