Customer service is phenomenal. The people that work here are extremely friendly and professional. They explain things so you understand and make you feel valued. I've extremely great experiences here and will continue to go to them and I highly recommend them.
Horrible people . Horrible staff . No knowledge about items and want to lowball and overcharge everything . They also don’t take many things that other cash americas do . Take your stuff somewhere else .

Everyone there is great and helpful. When I visit and they're extremely busy they even make sure to help everyone in a fair and timely manner(as I’ve observed) I have never had an issue with any of my purchases or layaways and the prices are great! Thank you Niko and Tony!
I was 1 day late with making a payment for my pawn that I had in for a YEAR and they put it on the floor and made me buy it back! I was never even notified that it was late! So not only did I pay every month for a year to renew, then I had to pay the price of what it cost because they put it out on the floor for over $3000, and gave me 6 months to pay it!
