I love this location! All of the girls working are so wonderful to give you a fair price for everything that you bring in, especially the young short girl with the eyelashes and the nails always done. I love her. She always helps me out the most. She is very sweet. I highly recommend going to her when you're going to bring any items to pawn as well as the other manager who is on shift. She is also willing to help her customers and is fair and this location by far is the best
It is sad to see how a manager can catch an attitude with a customer who is in need. How can you first offer me $10 and than I complain and u go up $20? That’s called taken advantage of a customer in need. After I was told “well you don’t need to sell it”, I had to buy my tongue because I had nothing nice to say. The whole transaction was uncomfortable because of her. I do have to add that Wendy made my experience so much better and her apology at the end made my day, thank you.
