I really have mixed reviews. I was doing two different transactions. The first CSR, ANTHONY was great. He listened and explained the process very well. The second transaction was handled by Angelica, the most condescending tone and gave me the most outlandish rules and regulations. Watch out for these scammers when selling gold, they offered me $120 for 6 grams of 14k. 14k is at minimum $50 per gram therefore they were trying to rip me off and they will rip you off as well. SELLER BEWARE.

This is by far the worst pawn shop around They are robbing people blind I brought in a $599 echo commercial grade T280 weed eater and the guy has the Audacity to offer me $40 I understand it’s a pawnshop, but they don’t have to rob their customers blind just saying and customer service could be a whole lot better
