Don’t try to go into the store thinking you are going to buy something from them. The moment they know you want to buy something they walk away and not sell you anything. You would think they would want to sell there items that is for sale. No they don’t want to.

They sold me 2 locked out devices, wouldn’t let me return 1 because I didn’t buy the warranty…..now I’m stuck with an expensive paperweight.

They had us buy a computer that had network data deleted from it, so it doesn’t operate past the set up screen. They also had me purchase warranty on the device and only refunded me the amount for the computer and told me my extra $20 is a loss on the warranty and they can’t do anything about that. Like then why offer it if you can’t refund all of the money? You guys are the ones accepting faulty or broken items.
