I had a disappointing experience at this pawn shop. The staff was friendly and helpful during the purchase, but the TV I bought stopped working within a few hours of getting home. I understand these are used items, but basic functionality should be verified before selling—especially for higher-priced electronics. They shouldn’t get no stars at all I got my son a tablet from up there they never told me it was finally sales or anything they sold it to me I came home the tablet wasn’t charging with a brand new charger it literally charged 3 days later they won’t give me my full refund which is ridiculous they only trying to give me half my money back, then on top of that it has a whole password on it where I can’t even get into the tablet it also has a little crack in the screen if I would have knew I couldn’t return it, then I wouldn’t... read more

The manager Jacob was not helpful and customer service was awful. They should want to help people especially the elderly. Mariana tried to help when assistance was already given by me. The wrong information was given multiple times, we came when they told us but, we ended up having to return again because Jacob did not want to do the paperwork.
