The manager Jacob was not helpful and customer service was awful. They should want to help people especially the elderly. Mariana tried to help when assistance was already given by me. The wrong information was given multiple times, we came when they told us but, we ended up having to return again because Jacob did not want to do the paperwork. Muy mal servicio compre un taladro fui al siguiente día a decirles que la batería no está cargado i me dijeron que la única manera que me podían ayudar era comprándome el taladro a mitad de precio como ven son unos rateros esas no son formas de ayudar aúna persona que les compra.
Nice customer service, but a little slow in getting me out of there and didn't get much money. The parking lot isn't big and it's in the hood.
