Employee was nice but didnt do her job, took a pic of my shoes I was selling laughed walked off. Didn't look at all of them and just said couldn't take them... very rude won't be coming back
The employees are very nice and polite, and I will say that upfront. However, my experience has left me extremely uncomfortable and concerned. I pawned a 14K gold necklace. When I went to pick it up, the assistant manager did something I have never experienced before at any pawn shop. Instead of simply returning my necklace in the secured bag, he removed it from the bag, opened it up, and spread it out in front of me to show me that it was “the same necklace” and that everything was fine. @zarkey that’s wired, I’ve been going here for years. I’ve never had any issues with any jewelry. When my diamonds have fell out of my jewelry they actually bag them and return them. When you pawn they always give a receipt with descriptions of what you left or purchased. I actually prefer they show me the piece im picking up laid on the counter versus walking out with a sealed bag and not knowing something is damaged in there. But I guess that’s an issue for you , typically people won’t complain about reviewing their items.
