Awful, terrible, horrendous customer service. I can not believe how disrespectful, argumentative & rude people can be when working for a corporation, especially when advertising an item IN STORE for a certain price. Randomly, I come to this store to see what deals were available for JA items. Bam, I see two pieces that I like; one is a "xxxxxx" charm ($17.99) and an "xxxxxx" charm ($24.99). Horrible customer service, no engagement, this staff doesn’t know how to sell
Very poor customer service and a lady was there talking about how they brought her from another store because it was awful but yet then she turned out to be the person giving the awful customer service no wonder they wanted her to leave the store and now they brought her to this store when you're waiting in line that doesn't even matter to her
