Very poor customer service and a lady was there talking about how they brought her from another store because it was awful but yet then she turned out to be the person giving the awful customer service no wonder they wanted her to leave the store and now they brought her to this store when you're waiting in line that doesn't even matter to her

Horrible customer service, walked in to make a payment, no acknowledgement, with 4 employees on sales floor and only one employee helping a customer, I had to ask if someone could help me.
If I could give zero stars I would . I was told a couple of days ago that if I had my receipt , and purchased a “POM” then they would be able to switch anything that wasn’t working. Today I called and was told there wasn’t anything they could do and I would still have to come out of pocket for something they sold that wasn’t up to code.
