Everyone is super friendly. The management is always doing its best to give me the best prices on tools. Whenever I've had to pawn anything the offer is always fair.
Do not take gold, silver or diamonds to this place. The crew( including the manager) are completely inexperienced and has very little knowledge of what the value of these items are. The first time I came in I brought a ring that was worth $5300 with a .75 solitaire diamond. The girl offered me 45 dollars based on the band! I said, are you sure? The solitaire is 3/4 karat. There are two knuckleheads one with braids in his hair. Mexican and the other one is his buddy and they always work on shift together with the older lady with gray hair. This crew has to be the worst when it comes to giving you a fair market value for your items. The worst when it comes to customer service and the worst. They cheat you and they are unfair. Got there at 6:59 pm. The door was locked, and the gentleman was looking at the 3 minutes pass and told me they were closed. may the pawn shops are like that who know
