Bad service I went inside to purchase a wedding ring for my wife to be thier were three worker thier only one customer the customer have just finished paying her bill and they were just talking to her asking about a picture of the baby they were talking about. I was standing right there at the rings department for 20 min none ask me I need help then some lady walk in selling cake then they starting talking to her this was Friday on march 13 on evening It’s was two lady and one guy that day working

Very Poor management ,the manager who was checking my equipment didn’t check it properly.saying it was broken when I had tested it literally 15 minutes before. Has also lied about a process and turned away black and brown people due to their skin color.The manager last need to be replaced
