I just was upset because the manager before knew me and my husband were always buying jewelry left and right from this location but she gone now.so now that I only had 1 payment left and I was told I can go on the sept 13 and I was ok to pick up a layaway but the new staff insisted that I was late and they couldn’t activate my layaway so it was put back to sell. I never in my life thought this location would do that but now I know. Customer satisfaction sucks and they just want your money.
Extremely rude staff, not helpful whatsoever. Waiting to be helped more than half an hour and they just leave to the back

Malísimo lugar, no lo recomiendo el servicio es pésimo y si no hablas inglés son peor, venimos a devolver una consola que tenía código y nos atendieron como si a pedir limosna hubiésemos llegado.
