I'm not sure about the employees experience when examining high end jewelry,the way they handle the jewelry is not as they aren't experienced. When do you have to scratch the gold ring to see the authenticity,and use measuring tools that possibly scratch the stones on the ring. I'm not to happy with their process of examining high end jewelry. Mgmt should know what kind of jewelry that comes in to the shop. All the jewelry they should be knowledgeable about all jewelry.
The assistant manager is very rude and has awful customer service skills. We tried buying two rings and seeing what kind of deal we can get as we often due when we go to a pawnshop. As we are discussing prices with the assistant manger she lets us know good customers don’t ask for deals they just come and pay without even asking about negotiating prices. We Found two perfect rings for myself and my fiancé. Gabbie was very friendly and helpful and I wish there was more people like her.
Gabby was so very nice to me I came in the store looking like shit and she didn’t judge me at all for a second she was very sweet and kind to me and she always helped me out with all my questions and she came to me when I called out for her and she didn’t even get upset with me I really appreciate her kindness with me
