Excellent place to buy used items. Staff is friendly and helpful and the bad review is not merited at all as i have dine business with them for 4 years now with no issues. i know they would have returned it if it was defective and when you buy used it is your responsibility to check the item not theirs. then you got a bracket that you probably installed wrong or used the wrong weight requirements and broke it and wanted to blame someone else because you dont know how to accept responsibility for your mistake.
Bought a bracket on Saturday for 85$ ,,fell apart by Monday in 2 places ,,went back to store to see what they could do for me and was told there is nothing he can do that it didn't leave the store that way ,,acted like I broke it myself after I spent my hard rearmed money on it ,,apparently it was defective and I didn't have a magnifing glass with me to check it out when I bought it,,will never go back there and will make sure I let everyone I know not to go there either ,,was a very bad experience

Got a phone and just found out lastnight that it was stollen. Will not go back
the only reason i gave this a one star is because you cant give negative stars this is a company i would advise to stay away from unless you want your property damaged or lost or sold before it s time the employees are snotty espically the managers and the merchandise they sell is usually damaged also and can not get your money back all i can say is buyer and sellar beware the best advice i can give is to go to another pawn broker south elm pawn is very good and fair
