Staff is not knowledgeable at all. Bought in a gold rope chain from Daniel jewelry 14 karat gold cost $1000. Girl at the counter puts acid directly on the chain. Stains the chain and then says we can’t take it. It’s too heavy can’t be real. Also had a 24 karat gold cross from Mene. Same girl says they can’t take it. They have no way to test 24 karat. Definitely getting in touch with corporate. They damaged my chain and don’t know how to properly test real gold.
