Shelle was the most rude person I have ever seen working with the public. Absolutely disgusting. Arrogant, ignorant, and disrespectful. She purposely wasted as much of my time as possible. I will NEVER go to Cash America Pawn again.
I wasn't able to make a payment on a layaway on the due date and they put the item back on the shelf. They would not give me my money back that I had paid about 200 dollars and would not give me store credit for my money. Will never do business with them or refer anyone. Think twice before you put anything in the layaway. Also the person that helped me did not tell me before that I would not get any of my money back or credit.
Super Chill environment, staff is really cool! Sam is amazing went above & beyond definitely deserves a raise!
I know it's a pawn shop but customer service does not exist. Staff standing around talking to each other while customers (about 6 of us) are waiting to be helped. I suppose they don't want my $$$. Update: I went across the street to First Cash Pawn. They were happy to exchange two items for cash.
