Do not go here , this place is a Joke. I came in with an unopened iPad mini newest model with the receipt of purchase and the woman had me wait 40 minutes to tell me she would offer me 100 dollars. I asked her if that’s pawn or sell she said both . Obviously they only make money off ripping people off but let’s be real I told her that she wasn’t even offering me 25% of what I bought it for and she had no clue what I was talking about and she’s supposed to be the manager. This Cash America should set an example for all the others these guys are top notch very kind and courteous I had spent all day at the cancer doctor and was running late and came in at 6:50 they got me in and out quick even though I was a grumpy old bastard shout out to Sam I am and the rest of the crew
I bought one laptop from this location when I got it home it had someone’s else’s information stored I took it back they factory reset it got it home didn’t work anymore at all I have now exchanged 4 laptops and this one doesn’t have a WiFi network adapter it keeps asking me to install it from a disk I promise you now I will never buy anything from here again and I will gladly tell everyone I know in hazelwood how crappy this company is
Staff was nice and helpful, the female manager on staff cussed her employee and had zero knowledge while treating everyone like they were the idiots.
I know it's a pawn shop but customer service does not exist. Staff standing around talking to each other while customers (about 6 of us) are waiting to be helped. I suppose they don't want my $$$. Update: I went across the street to First Cash Pawn. They were happy to exchange two items for cash.
