I wasn't able to make a payment on a layaway on the due date and they put the item back on the shelf. They would not give me my money back that I had paid about 200 dollars and would not give me store credit for my money. Will never do business with them or refer anyone. Think twice before you put anything in the layaway. Also the person that helped me did not tell me before that I would not get any of my money back or credit.
The store manger unprofessional she really need to be fired she has no people skills whatsoever she talks to you like shit multiple times tried bringing in tools and she declined just because she said I don’t know the name of the part but once I broke out the owners manual and corrected myself she told me basically get out so I will definitely make sure everyone don’t come to this location matter fact none of the cash American pawns for now on recommend taking y’all items to first cash pawn they way for respectfully and actu... read more
Do not go here , this place is a Joke. I came in with an unopened iPad mini newest model with the receipt of purchase and the woman had me wait 40 minutes to tell me she would offer me 100 dollars. I asked her if that’s pawn or sell she said both . Obviously they only make money off ripping people off but let’s be real I told her that she wasn’t even offering me 25% of what I bought it for and she had no clue what I was talking about and she’s supposed to be the manager. I know it's a pawn shop but customer service does not exist. Staff standing around talking to each other while customers (about 6 of us) are waiting to be helped. I suppose they don't want my $$$. Update: I went across the street to First Cash Pawn. They were happy to exchange two items for cash.
This is the best pawn shop in town... the staff is very pleasant and friendly... keep up the good amazing work....!!!!
