I have been doing business with this cash america for years and in my experience they have fallen by a land slide woth keeping your items safe after panning and customer service I have had an Xbox stolen by an unknown employee and have had cords takin b4 I had the chance to get my items back out of pawn they are untrustworthy and I strongly recommend going to a different pawn shop
