Pretty horrendous customer service. I came in for a drill one for $40, I ask for the 10% return policy. They say they won’t give me one on this drill, then I ask if they will give me one for any of the other drills. Then the customer associate tells me to come back tomorrow with no explanation as to why he won’t let me get the return policy. Richard is a top employee. Very kind, and the store manager was a well. Great location!
I came in and pawned a firearm. I came back to pay and they informed me I needed a background check to get it back and that it would take 10 business days. They never mentioned anything regarding this when I pawned it or when I came in previously to make a payment. They are or course going to charge me interest for the time I have to wait and won’t let me make the $15 payment.
Horrible customer service. Person I spoke to was very unhelpful and condescending.
