What a lousy place! They make people wait outside on the rain, just like dogs or slaves. I can scratch this place from my list of places to shop.
Akerman was very polite and respectful, I'd do busy them him again.
Tried to sell them items multiple times, all in good shaped, they refused each time. Staff was disrespectful as well.
Customer service was bad and they loan is always low . Don’t waste your time . Teresa which she is the assistant manager was not prompt took a while to asset my item then told me is 10 k which is wrong is 14k but she was try to make the loan lower as to why not sure . I have been in the store before and Steve soho is the store manager did the same thing not change and that why they have no repeat customers.I would have Given no star at all. Need to retrain your management team to deal with customer service and satisfaction.
